Go to “My Page > My Phone” at the top part of the screen. When you select the phone model you’re interested in, the compatible mobile contents and access information will be displayed. In addition, if the specific phone model has the associated compatible device and contents, it will be displayed on the detailed information screen.
You can compare the phones by selecting “Products > Phones”.Click on the check box next to the phone model in order and click the [Compare] button located at the upper center of the web page.You can compare up to 3 models at a time.
You can search the phone model using “Phone Search” or “Advanced Search” which is located at the bottom left of the web page. This can be opened by selecting "Products > Phones”.
The reply will be sent to your e-mail address that you have entered when you submitted your question. In addition, you can retrieve the answer for all questions that you have submitted by clicking on “My Page > My Q&A” located at the top of the web page which appears when you have successfully logged in.
When the event is planned, it will be notified to you via the e-mail address that you have registered in “My Profile”. To get more information about the event please check whether the e-mail address in your “My Profile” is correct and confirm your e-mail receipt.
To display all events that have been hosted by LGmobile click the “Event” menu at the top of each page and then click the “Archive” menu at the left side.
You can view the list of the on-going events when you click the main screen banner, banners at the left side of each page or the “Ongoing” menu in the “Event” section.
LGmobile holds an event on a regular basis to offer a variety of benefits for the LG handset customers. When the event is planned it will be notified to you via an e-mail that you will have registered in “My Profile”. To get more information about the event please check whether the e-mail address in your “My Profile” is correct.
Click “Login” which is located at the top of the main page, and click “Forgot your Profile/User ID?” at the bottom of the login window. Input your personal information by following the guidelines displayed on the screen. Your new password will then be sent to you using the e-mail address that you have registered at the time of subscription. It is recommended to log in with the new password and change it in the “My Profile” web page.
