Input your personal information by following the guidelines displayed on the screen. Your new password will then be sent to you using the e-mail address that you have registered at the time of subscription. It is recommended to log in with the new password and change it in the “My Profile” web page.

If you don’t receive the reply message for the question that you have submitted at “Support > Contact Us”, please check whether you have set the message from us as a spam message in your e-mail option settings.If you still cannot receive the reply message, you can check the reply message and the current processing status regarding your question in the “My Page > My Q&A” page.

If you use web-mail service, LGMobile e-mails may not be displayed properly, depending on the policy of the web mail service provider. Please check your web mail setting options.

PC Sync is a programmme that allows you to import data saved on the handset by connecting your handset to the PC, or export the data created in your PC to the handset. It can be downloaded from “Products > Manual & Software.”

To connect your LG handset to the PC all you need to do is download PC Sync software using LG Software Updater Application. This can be downloaded from “Products > Manual & Software.”

The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number is the unique number that identifies authenticity of your handset. You can check this number when you remove the battery from the handset. When you become a member LGMobile check authenticity of the LG handset using this IMEI number.
